About Bear Cubs
These classes are designed to encourage mobility through different types boxing-related activity.Youngsters are able to practise their technique in partners, on punching bags and by doing pad work with qualified coaches. The aim is that children improve their balance, flexibility, co-ordination and agility within a boxing curriculum.
Our classes also deliver skills beyond boxing and fitness by working on personal and social development to increase self-esteem and well-being. Students develop confidence, and skills in communicating, listening and discipline.

Most frequent questions and answers
Bear Cubs start at the age of 5 years and keep fitters has no restrictions. We have gentlemen as old as 60 keeping themselves fit. It’s fun and healthy and open to all levels.
Individuals can bring their own equipment (Mouthguard, Skipping Rope, Gloves) but the club can supply Gloves and Headguards.

All Sessions are £5.00 and there is an annual membership of £15.00
The club is also insured and covered for public liability and this along with health and safety , risk assessment , fire and emergency evacuation documentation can be viewed in full on our notice board located in the kitchen.
